Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Terrible service. Some lady jaslin wouldnt help me even though i had police report saying my wallet got stolen. Whoever stole it started using my cards so i wanted to shut my account down. Wouldnt help me because i dont have my id. Which got stolen.

Truly unreal. The service here is unreliable at best.

Best service ever!!nnBest client advisor in this branch is junior, this guy is very knowledgeable and helpful, he also answered all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this guy since he’s very calm and take his time answering all the questions unlike others that be rushing you to take another customer.

Never experienced a time where the staff wasn’t rude for no reason at all. Miserable people working at this location. I shouldn’t leave this place with a bad taste in my mouth every time to the point that makes us want to close our accounts and do business elsewhere. Bofa is convenient for what it is but I will never go in for anything anymore- until I close my account for good.
