I frequent this branch, if I’m being totally honest there is usually a long wait time (especially around noon) but it’s something I just account for when I’m making a trip to this branch. Aside from the wait the employees are great. Specifically, I’d like to thank Jon(or John, I don’t know how he spells it) who helped me today and couldn’t have been better. He really helped me when I was in a bind and the issue has already been taken care of when I was originally told 7-10 business days. Thanks again!
This branch is HORRIBLE.....always glacially slow.......TONS OF SIMILAR REVIEWS AND THEY DONT CARE...... excruciating
Horrible customer service
Worst customer service. Walked in 3 tellers, one waiting on only customer in bank 1 didn't even acknowledge me. I was there long enough for the 3rd teller to tell me I'll be right with you 3X. First she was on the computer, then she made a phone call, then she walked in the back. So if you want to spend time in a bank this is the bank for you. Went to different bank. Wasted time in that one.
