I'm so glad that through my union I have the benefit of being a member at this bank. I previously was a member of two other credit unions and have been a member at Bank of America. None of these compare to PGE Federal Credit Union. They are a small bank and so they know you on a one on one basis and treat you with the utmost respect. In addition to this they are willing to work with you to get you what is best for you. Just refinanced my car through them and they gave me a deal! I can't say enough good things.
The staff is always there to help with any situation. The customer service by all employees is the best.
The bank is located in the Basement which is make convenience for all of us at the PO!!! And great customer services !!!
