Amazing store. Yesterday the staff was very friendly and helped so much with my tanks. Truly appreciate this store in town! I did see a couple comments about price gouge which made me weary about going but once in there they really aren’t. If you go to any family owned store their prices have to be higher. We used to run our own appliance store and know how it is trying to do your own mark up. Don’t let a few sour reviews stop you from gaining the knowledge their staff has! Thank you!
A great place to get rats! They have everything you need to save some feeder rats! The young lady that was helping us was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she had very colorful hair.
Really friendly staff and all the critters seem super well cared for. They didn't carry the brand of cat food I was looking for, but took my info in case they start stocking in. Super convenient. I'll definitely be back
Great customer service! Staff actually care and love pets. The girls there even remember my pup Penelope, my fish Mr. Pickles, and Eddy the turtle. Makes me feel good they ask about them every time I come in.
They have an AWESOME staff! The young lady who helps with the big tortoise was beyond helpful and informative. She even went out of her way to get extra insects for my son's school project! I wish I knew her name.. We went in another time and again staff greeted us right off with a smile and was SUPER friendly! They need a raise! ud83dudcb0ud83dude1c
