I have had nothing but great service with Woodforest at first they had a bad manager that was 9 years ago. We moved to Kansas City job transfer and there are no Woodforest Bank here but I will not change banks. I have had nothing but great tellers and managers and the customer service is wonderful always helpful. Thank you Woodforest Managers, Tellers and customer service you make a great team.
Worse location ever. Just lazy. I've had so many problems with this place with my business checking it's scary. I'm gladly taking my business elsewhere. I'm over the shenanigans, laziness and absolute zero efforts to help the client. I'm over it.
When you call the branch you can’t even speak to someone you get a recording to leave a message. What happens to people answering the phone.
Opened up an account with $25 dollars. Ended up in the hospital with cancer before I could get back to fund the account with more and Woodforest took the whole $25 in fees for not getting it funded soon enough. They are not for the common working man trying to make ends meet. They will nickel and dime you to get your money!
I have an account here I can't call and do anything over the phone even with my account information......seems the lady I spoke to was just to lazy to do her job....poor service...
