The billing department for the Medical Center is fantastic. Every person I have spoken too, over the phone, have been very nice and helpful. I kept getting a bill and would call, they told me to ignore it because it was a glitch in the system. Come to find out, I actually still owed $25 and they wrote it off because I had to call about it so many times. That was so nice, they didn't have to do that.
I went to the Emergency Room on November 20tg with chest pains. I have a heart defect so I’m thinking maybe heart ,maybe Pneumonia . Dr wheeler diagnosed me with Pluersy. And ordered Aspirin. I went home still hurting for over s week. Went to local Doctor and gave me a shot of Steroids and felt better the next day. Why wasn’t I given don like that in the ER????
My son recently had surgery at MedCenter Health and his care was excellent. The care from registration to discharge was 5 star. He stayed on 4a overnight and he was well taken care of.
