Brought 16 month granddaughter in due to ear infection! Brought back to a room within 5 minutes. Dr Nicks was great with her during his exam, even though she wasn’t! Great visit and was in and out very quick!

I got to this location an hour or two before they close. Was helped immediately, the NP was very nice and so were the nurses that took my blood pressure and personal information. I sometimes feel very overwhelmed when I go to the Dr. And would liked to have been told exactly what kind of medication I was given during the visit, and wether or not I had a prescription that needed to be picked up. It felt a little like there was no communication between the nurses and the nurse practitioner. I was told I would be getting an oral medication by the np and then was actually given a shot by a nurse. They were very friendly and genuinely seemed to care though.

I was very sick. Crying, just a complete mess. Once I got to the back I was so thankful to have the Nurse Practioner that I had. Also the girl that had me sign the paper for my shot was very sweet and sympathetic. I am 55 years old and not that I needed sympathy, but I felt so bad. The young blonde girls that were working up front could have cared less that anyone was there. Not very nice.nThe nurse aide (foreign lady) was driving me crazy. Very annoying.nAt first I was upset that I wasn’t going to see Dr. Grace. He is the best. But my nurse practitioner was the best.

Not having to wait very long to get called was great when one isnt feeling good. My nurse and nurse practitioner were thorough and compassionate. The automated check in and out made it easy to be in and out in no time. And my prescriptions were an easy pick up as well. I had not been to Dr in sometime, so was dreading going. The automated system is nice! I didnt have to fill out a bunch of papers to get updated. Thanks GCC! Now I can concentrate on getting well!
