I went to this branch early morning to get some banking done but the manager refused to offer any assistance despite me noting that all clerks were practically free to help. I then went to the Parma branch on Ridge Rd. and without any question, immediately one female clerk there literally jumped through hoops to help me getting my business done. What a difference it makes when there is a will to help!nnI have been to Brecksville branch several times and there seem to be a chronic reluctance on the part of some clerks to help customers with open arms even as I see them playing solitaire or chatting with coworkers about their weekend plans.
Recently refinanced with Third Federal, it is exactly what I hoped it wasn’t, small town bank, unmotivated employees, poor application of technology. Been a terrible experience I would recommend you look elsewhere for your banking needs.
Great bank! The staff were incredibly friendly. Opened new accounts with them. Any questions I have with them are answered promptly. Looking forward to a long relationship with Third Federal. =)
Michael handled my IRA mistake very professionally, and I’ll be back tomorrow for him to handle another if possible. Good guy, knows what he’s doing. Everyone was very friendly.
Banked here for years. My parents banked with them. Never had an issue, very prompt and courteous.
