Constantly almost an hour wait, regardless of how many customers there actually are. Hours are EXTREMELY inconsistent. Since when do you guys not stay open until noon on saturday? Coulda at least sent a notification....... laziness. If my more local giant eagle branch doesn't reopen soon, very much considering switching banks
Your drive thru wait time is totally unacceptable!!! 25 mins!!! Ridiculous. Last time I come thru!! Do NOT use this branch....this SUCKS
Came in to open account for my daughter, so she can start work. I stood in the line then was told the manger had to do it, so we waited cause he was with another customer. Then at about 4:35 I was told he would be with that customer until close and I should make an appointment. Granted there was only one manager, but it was 4 others in the bank. How come they couldn’t open it for us. I mean if you can do it online, how hard can it be. It also look like there was a head manager, and why she couldn’t do it? I guess too busy trying to close
I can't say enough that this particular location is friendly and very human, but huntington as a company is very happy to hide transactions or change transaction dates or do anything else in their sneaky, conniving power to make sure people on a low income or budget will be given as many overdraft fees as possible.nnIf you bank with huntington, make sure you're only using it to save up, not to actively use.
Really wish the Google hours of operation were correct! Drive thru closes at 4pm also. Ugh!
