The lobby is closed due to, I'm not sure why, every other branch is open?? The ATM drive thru is open still but don't come around 8:30am weekdays, they are usually blocked

NO DRIVE THRU! And inside branch closed due to Covid. Closest branch has one window drive through and the entrance is so narrow you can't get out of line once you are in it and expect at minimum 30 minute wait.

Kim (the branch manager) runs a team of professionals that really care about their clients and customer service. She is a problem solver who remembers all of her clients whether they have business/ commercial accounts or personal assets with the bank. She leads her team to perform like community minded professionals who care about repeat business. This is so unusual in this day and age and it made me comfortable enough to move much of my personal and business finances to this branch and to set up my son’s account while he was a high school student. This team really gives the Chase name a personal feel and makes the brand one that I believe in and feel comfortable with day in and day out.

Let me just say that every time I've been to this branch I have not had a good experience. In general it is been to cash a check that is drawn on their Bank and I've always had to pay a fee for it. I think banks in general suck but Chase especially has been annoying they're not real friendly I just had to pay $16 because it's Columbus Day in my bank wasn't open just the cash two checks that total $284. They were business checks which means that they see a lot of money go through those business accounts from the person that had written me the checks and I feel like I've just been taken advantage of yet again.nthis is a practice that many banks have if you do not have an account and I don't understand why they do it because if it like you to open account you think they wouldn't try to f*** you first.
