My cousin and I went to do the auto refinance, but the lady who looks like an Indian (I think she is a manager) was very rude. Very less appreciation toward customers. She could have done better. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but she definitely need to work on how she behave. This is 3-4 times I’ve encountered her this behavior. Very surprising at the beginning but not at all after 2-3 times.nnOther workers are pretty good!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service skills!! I would recommend anyone to try another bank or at least another US Bank location.

Manager of this us bank is very rude to every people.i request all not to open us bank specially located in this location or not to go there.

My significant other and I worked with Tiffany last weekend. She was quite pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first experience using a bank branch inside another retail store -- I was very pleasantly surprised at how professional and efficient it was.
