I like this place. The atmosphere is calming. And I love watching the dogs get cut and bathed they look so happy, and It warms my soul. Me and my girlfriend stopped up here on our way to belleville hoping they had a turtle ud83dudc22 pond liner. And they did, staff was very friendly and helpful. And we just had a good time over all 4/5
Have taken Tucker for grooming several times with deshedding and full nail clip n filed.. he's about 65lbs so he is good sized. He is always well taken care of and looks great after. Thank you
They generally have what I need most of the time. Store is usually well stocked. I keep running the same issues every time I visit here such as nasty odors and unclean fish aquariums. The aquariums never look like the glass has been scrubbed or the tank bottom has been vacuumed. Always dead fish visible in a majority of the aquariums. Kudos to the staff though. They are always friendly and willing to assist.
The only pet store I will go to! Staff is always very helpful and friendly. I love the grooming center too! I love that they offer to carry out large items for you. Especially helpful when toting little ones around with you.
It’s difficult to back in off of a busy 4-lane road, but once you get in they’re really easy to deal with. Their freight must be on the back of the trailer, as there is no dock. They do have a forklift to lift the pallets off with.
