Very helpful and knowledgeable. Had no problem showing us anything we were interested in as well as allowing us to hold the different animals. If you're looking to buy an exotic pet this is the place to buy from.
Great place. Knowledgeable and helpful staff helped my grandchildren find the perfect pet that they can manage and care for. The staff is super friendly and engaged with my grandchildren making sure they had an exceptional experience. I would most definitely recommend the Shop to anyone looking for new and beautiful animals for their homes. Their customer service and knowledge is second to none.
My boyfriend and I visited Animal Jungle last night and purchased our very first reptile. I cannot tell y’all how happy we are with our adorable yellow Uromastyx! We are also amazed at the phenomenal staff on board. Every single staff member was super helpful and very knowledgeable about each critter there they had and even gave us information based on their experiences they had with their own animals. We couldn’t be more happy and we will for sure return when we are ready for our next reptile!!!
Went there to get a yellow belly ball python and they instantly let me hold him when I got there! They have a great arrange of pets! I definitely recommend getting pets from them I love my new snake he’s healthy and they had great customer service!!
Store was very nice, but nobody was wearing masks or taking precautions. Staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. I would love to give 5 stars, but one of my millipedes died within a week of buying him, and the staff weren't very respectful of me being transgender and constantly misgendered me even after being corrected multiple times. But dang do they have a nice selection, this store is a must if you like exotic animals, Reptiles and invertebrates especially. The store was clean, and didn't smell like animal either. Plus, they will let you hold most animals if you ask. Will most likely be back.
