This was my first time using the delivery service at the Stow location. It was awesome. I received my order an hour and a half after placing it. They were out of the size of the product I ordered but called me and made a great substitution at no extra cost. The rest of my order arrived as placed. I was very pleased with their customer service and the delivery driver was so nice. I will definitely be shopping there again
This pet supplies plus is my favorite pet store for multiple reasons. For one, the management team and staff are personable and so friendly. For two, they always have our mastiff’s food and snacks in stock and with competitive pricing. And lastly, during my cancer battle and recovering from surgery the free delivery is easy and FREE!!! What a lifesaver!! I love this store!!!
This is our go-to pet store!! Love the GM and employees and how knowledgeable they are of our pets needs and love the mobile pet clinic!! They always have Primes food in stock and now do free delivery which has been helpful since I just had surgery! Thanks to a great staff!!
Good variety. Somewhat pricey but good for its products. Love trying new stuff with their clearance mark downs.
The people that work here are very knowledgeable of the product and are very willing to help and extremely friendly.nnI went to a Pet’s Mart the other day and felt completely ignored and when I did finally get someone’s attention they made me feel like I was interrupting them.
