I despise Woodforest not only was the lady taking her sweet time it took her forever to cash a 3000 check that I was depositing. MIND you I been with this bank forever. Just ridiculous. .. leaving ASAP!

Jason spoke to my mother like she was stupid. Talked over her and got an attitude. He is lucky I didn't break his jaw for disrespecting her like that. She has been a customer for over 7 years. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
