I have never had an issue until these last two weeks. I waited over an hour after seating for someone to come to my table to ask about drinks.nAnd last night took a meal to go and they were missing 2 items I said I would be back the next day for a refund ( I live 30 mins from the place) they said no big deal just let us know what happened. WE DRIVE INTO TOWN JUST FOR THAT and they said nothing they can do about it.... I won’t be back. I don’t give 3rd chances to restaurants. I’ll be taking my business and my BIG FAMILY else where !

This the Best Puerto's to go to in Bowling Green. Food always tastes better at this Puerto's.

There was literally 4 other tables besides my daughter and I, i stood and waited like 8 minutes before they sat me, was literally ignored...then sat, and after 15 more minutes got up to ask about our chips and salsa as well as cheese dip. We ordered 5 tacos between us and I eventually had to go up to counter again to ask about those after another 15 minutes passed.nRapheal was a manager in an orange shirt, he passed by us and my daughter asked for a refill, he never responded as he stood next to me filling two drinks for someone, so i took her top off, pushed her cup to end of counter and said stearnly, sprite plz and thank you.nThis was unusual aweful service from top to bottom today, and we always tip exceptionally well, today we only tipped 18%nI knew the owner from years ago, Raymond, he was not there; when he pops in, their service is excellent.

If i could mark this place a 0 star i would. They charge more then whats on the menu & you only get a tiny bit of food. Not worth it.
