We went to Smoky Bones several days ago and did not have a very good experience. The manager invited us back and what a difference! Great experience this time! The food was good and service was great!! I really loved the Brunswick stew! Shay, the manager, was very personable and friendly. We will definitely go back!!
A chain, yes, but a good chain. Got the grill thing with the assortment and the meats that I tried were excellent, if a little on the sweet side. Salad was fresh and nice. Drank sweet tea that was perfectly balanced.nThe story goes that this location burned down and was rebuilt, and indeed it looks brand new. Service was excellent.
Service was not great, but the food was pretty good. It was during lunch and it wasn't that busy. I ordered the 2/3 rack of ribs and it was a pretty good size serving. Seen our server maybe twice. The host and server were not friendly.
If you want amazing BBQ, this place has it! The food was great and so was the service. The AC was a little too cold for me but if you bring a sweater you'll be fine. I don't think I've had BBQ taste so good before. The loaded French fries were awesome. Also The Bone Fire was great with every piece of meat and potato cooked perfect. Sorry I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture.
The food was delicious, but the young man that served us went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. Johnathon was amazing and I hope next time my family goes there he is our server. Thank you so much.
