This branch provides some of the best customer service in the city. They remember your name and have assisted me in so many ways. Most recently when there was suspected fraud on my cc they called NY and arranged a three way with their fraud prevention office.

Incompetent staff. Trying to avoid pending overdraft fees, I asked if depositing money into my account would waive the overdraft fees and I did not get a solid answer, only answer I could get is “I’m not sure” or “wait until the fees are applied” (when they definitely can’t be waived). They have always been polite, but bankers need to be competent, otherwise loyal customers could wind up in debt, especially when you are laid off due to a pandemic and keep having more overdraft fees applied.

I've been to this branch several times and each time I bet told something different. I'm not allowed to do a cashier check through the drive thru? But I did it last month.. they can be snarky and just tell you to come inside for almost anything. I wouldnt recommend coming to this one if your not wanting to go inside the branch to do your business.. we just moved here from across the state and this is very disappointing.

I do not normally do reviews. I do read them on businesses. I read some reviews about the bad service at this location. However, I went against my better judgement and tried to call twice. Once at 8:35 am and then at 8:45 am. The phone rang 50 times and no answer. I would never consider this bank again for my businesses. They missed an opportunity to gain several medium to large accounts. Sad.

I left this bank Because of BAD costumer services, and told my self never to come back again. today I went to Deposit money for our driver and again I get rude twller Named Amanda. She couldn't tell me in a quiet voice the issue l, she used loud voice to embarese me.nI Had Only Social security Card of the driver and I wanted to deposit his check. She was rude and and wouldn’t do it. She told me I can’t do that I need his Account number. I told her I’ve done this before. Never had an issue with it. She no you didn’t. I am like ima wow. So ai left went to another Haram house and did the deposit the same way. I drove back and screamed at Amanda in loud voice saying “Amanda see if ppl are nice they HELP. I deposited the check without issue. She replayed In loud voice Good for you. I am like WoW..... I do not recommend though to open an account at USBank.nBad costumer service and always an issue. I am totally donennP.S my driver said he’d love to another bank.
