I was recently looking for a specialty item that I usually can only find online. Online I found this pet store in Medina who had the product that I wanted. Upon checking, the item was expired and needed to be re-ordered. I received an email from the store stating this and was even able to get it in the flavor that I wanted. Holistic Hound bites work well for my dogs arthritis. I will definitely use this pet store again. The customer service was outstanding! I highly recommend shopping here.
Everyone is very kind and helpful for our pets’ needs. They carry excellent quality food and treats. Our Westie LOVES the ostrich jerky! Highly recommend anyone to check them out!
