Staff is very helpful and will do everything they can to make your experience great. They have almost anything you might need for your beloved pets, and if they don’t they will gladly tell you where they recommend you go to get exactly what you’re looking for. Prices are not dirt-cheap but very reasonable and competitive when compared to other options. Would very much recommend for anyone in need of a convenient pet store with a helpful staff.
This place has really improved in the last year. Service used to be terrible but the current staff is great and always willing to help. Prices are competitive and the selection is pretty good. Love the self-serve dog wash.
We adopted a pup from Kentucky and didn't get home until far later than expected due to traffic. The pup had been living in a garage for quite some time and smelled like it to match. Even though the pet wash closes at 8, the team here allowed us to wash our new dog here at 8:20. They were lovely and made our dog's first time in any building that wasn't a garage pleasant and wonderful! Thank you so much for being flexible and exemplifying true kindness. Kudos to the whole team tonight!
Curbside pickup is fast and efficient. It's smaller so they have less than the large national pet store chain, but I prefer this.
Can't begin to voice my disappointment with the so called grooming services, my puppy got her first hair cut there and all was fine but her second, third & fourth were all problematic, either they kept losing the groomers or they could never accommodate certain times or days & needless to say l changed groomers. Today again l gave them another chance & it was a total disaster
