I really love having this store in my neighborhood. My family has come here for years. They have such good customer service. I’m not sure if the woman is a manager or an associate, but she’s has dark hair and fair skin and has been there a long time. I will edit this review once I learn her name. I hope they don’t lose her and give her a promotion and pay raise. She’s wonderful and is always super helpful without hesitation. She’s more than willing to make suggestions to keep my pets healthy and is knowledgeable of their products. You can tell everyone at this store really loves animals.

They are so helpful, he helped me find the perfect harness, he adjusted it for him and took the time and it fit perfectly.
Very helpful and pleasant. Always find what I need for my guinea pig! Pricesncould be a little better. I used to go to pet smart before they closed and I am used to those prices.
Small and smelly due to the ferret. But that's ok because I love ferrets. Had two cats with a weird setup on how to adopt them. Also had a ferret and two guinea pigs. Didn't look at the rest of the store. Was interested in one of the cats.
