All the other banks in the area have their lobbies open to come inside to do banking. I understand you want to be safe during this pandemic but I think you can still be open and safe. Why did you close your inside banking ? It’s frustrating when you have to wait in the drive through for 30 mins because they only have one lane. Hard to keep banking here. I’ve been a customer for a long time with personal accounts and business accounts. Also the $20,000 mobile deposit needs to be raised for businesses. I can deposit a lot more at Citizens bank. Thanks.
I am very satisfied with the service received from Huntington Bank in Mentor and have recommended this bank to family members.
Went to this location after being robbed of my wallet which contained ALL of my banking info. I left feeling hopeless after one of the bankers literally couldnt do a thing for me. I then went to the location on Tyler Blvd in the new giant eagle and they were able to take care of everything. I dont believe it was handled properly at this location. Do better
