Prices are high. But some things are decent priced and affordable
Fish were sick we got water was perfect conditions and still lost 6 fish within a week.we have bought many products for tank and all were overpriced. I also dislike the fact they sell painted glass fish its a terrible process they go through to glow bright!
My daughters Degu desperately needed a buddy! Were told at our local We ❤Pets at time of purchase he'd be fine alone WRONG this causes them to be stressed an destructive! So I've been waiting over 2 weeks for one. I called mt vernon We ❤Pets and was VERY happy to find they have several at their store! I spoke with an extremely helpful gentleman, he's the manager of the animal department. Well i told him im on my way with an hour drive, we got stuck in a storm so wouldn't make it till closing. He WAITED for us and seemed legitimately happy to help us quickly pick out TWO degu's because they discount the animals that NEED to have a buddy to thrive! All 3 gentlemen were extremely helpful even though I know they wanted to be done for the day. We REALLY APPRECIATE YOU GUYS and so will Remi when his new friends Smith and Wes can all play together! I think we will start making the trip to go to this location from now on! It was so worth the 2 hr round trip drive!!!!
Great place to go if you have any let needs
I will never spend my money here again. Bought some equipment for our lizards. Two days later it stops working. Won't replace it and won't help fix. Keep up the great work!
