So I opened my virtual wallet account online as a new customer, the night before coming in. I then came in the following day to transfer money from my chime account to my new Pnc account. Kristine was the one who helped me. She not only did the transfer for me, but printed me a debit card, so I didn’t have to wait for mine to come in the mail. Kristine was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She was able to answer all my questions with no problem and was very efficient. I am so happy that I chose PNC and that I chose the virtual wallet. I have confidence that the virtual wallet will help me greatly, with balancing my money and making the right choices. Years ago I had an account at National City, at the same location and it seems much better since PNC took over. Thanks again for all your help!! I look forward to working more with you guys!
drive through ATM is not 24/7. doesn’t work until after 9. you have to go inside before then.
Thank Andrea Blevins for helping me get the calculated service charge refunded. Because my account is a student account, I shouldn't have such fee to pay. Before calling her, I called PNC at least four times and didn't succeed in getting the fee back.
