I really like this bank. I’ve been a customer for more years than I dare say. The employees are always very cheerful, no matter what time of day I go there. They go out of their way to help in any way they can.
We have been customers for many years. I cannot say enough about how great they are! Needs always met, questions answered easily, best service anywhere. The staff is always friendly and SO professional and helpful. I highly recommend them!
I have been banking with First Federal of Lakewood for over 20 years. The service is always excellent. Their employees are pleasant and always ready to help. Good balance sheet. A safe place to save.
I don’t know who Could give this place one star. Really?? I’ve worked with many different banks over 34 years as an attorney, and longer than that a personal account holder. I LOVE this bank! The people there are friendly, courteous, and professional. Great service AND great rates. It’s like community banks USED to be. Easy to use online services (including mobile deposits!), a drive up ATM, AND a drive thru window!!!
