We have been frequenting Vollbracht's for about 10 years now and it is the absolute best place to buy a fur. Mark (the owner) is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We have bought several items over the years and just recently I bought a new fur coat for my wife. Yelena was so helpful while my wife tried on different coats. She brought us several coats and explained the details of each. Real personal service you don't find at many stores. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything here. I highly recommend this store. This is a real furrier with real furrier experience. Top notch!
Love this store. We have purchased several jackets both women’s and men’s over the years and every experience has been wonderful. The owner is very experienced and will help you in every way to get exactly what you want and ensures a perfect fit. They will even store the Fur jackets in a climate controlled environment over the summer. You can’t go wrong here, the selections they have are of the best quality for the money In the states.

This was our first time to this fur store. We were greeted by owner Mark. He was very attentive and patient. He was able to measure and custom order the mink jacket my husband wanted. He explained the process of ordering and gave us an education on different types of furs.nWe look forward to seeing the final product in about a month. Thank you Mark.
I have made several purchases at the Eton Mall location and they have always been pleasant. I enjoy great service with a smile. I absolutely love my items and the owner took care of all the paperwork and details without me even asking. Great customer service i feel like family.
