The staff is always happy to see me. Your prices on cat food are rarely beaten by anyone else. The store at Garfield Commons is always clean and well organized. This is a great place to shop for your pet needs.

They don't have much of a selection in a lot of stuff and the things they do have are very expensive but sometimes, when in a pinch I shop here. The employees are very nice and helpful. I can't say enough about all the kids that work there because it's a pleasure to go into this store because I know I can ask anyone anything and they will do their very best to help me. TO THE EMPLOYEES OF PET SUPPLIES PLUS - Thanks guys you are all awesome!!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Clean location, except the fish tanks. I would definitely stay away from purchasing fish here. I have seen the same dead fish in the tanks for multiple days in a row. Not properly cleaned! Love the sale items/deals with manufacturer coupons and stacking with the % off Pet Supplies Plus mailers. I can save over 60% or more.

For several years we have buying all our pet supplies online. On occasion we have stopped in at this pet store for things we needed sooner than shipping would supply. Earlier in the week we stopped in to buy some cat food for our picky cat to try. There was a very helpful girl working that department who was ready to help us find what we needed. I didn't catch her name, but she had long dark hair and was very polite.. When we saw that they had cat toys on sale, we wanted to get a few for Buddy for Christmas. When we were checking out, the prices weren't coming up right and the manager was called. Zach came to handle the situation. He was one of the most helpful workers we have ever encountered at any store! He gave us the correct discounts and then helped us to the car with our items. I have to admit that when the problem with pricing came up, I was ready to go back to online ordering exclusively. Zach took care of everything for us in such a professional manner that we have been back twice more just this week for other supplies! He is a knowledgeable and hard working young man who has excellent people skills. We are now planning on making all our purchases from this store. Thank you Zach!
