Employees are very knowledgeable about the aquarium products.nGroomers are knowledgeable and good with different situations. My dog is 15 and has a mass on her hip and my groomer is very gentle with her and with cutting my 15lb fiesty cats nails.
We took our puppy for training classes with Will and had the best experience. He was very knowledgeable and patient with the owners and puppies during the training sessions. Our puppy had an amputation when she was very young and Will went above and beyond in taking the time to educate himself and assist in accommodating our pup in her specific needs.nnThe store itself is always clean and easy to find things and the staff is very friendly. Would recommend for anyone looking for training or shopping and beyond.
Lots of pet supply options- there is no one there to ever help when you need assistance with pet food. All the workers must be in the back or go on breaks at the same time. The front desk check out person usually helps me each time. Please get more staff on the floor to help customers who need product recommendations and lifting to get heavy bags of food of the top shelf.
I was looking for mature cat food with a large kibble. A clerk was assisting me who said” they are all about the same size.” I brought a mature kibble home and put just a little in their bowls. I have never seen cats runaway so fast. Fortunately I saved the receipt and returned it.
Excellent customer service! Went for cbd treats for my sick older dog. They were very helpful in assisting me with finding the best product for him.
