I only been to this Bank 3 times and everytime I go in there they so the machine is down to make a cash advance. It's all Idiot people in there so thats the 1st problem the second problem is them tellers not wanting to do transactions that take more than a couple minutes. Ill stick to the Huntington in Garfield Hts. I'm never in there more than 15 minutes. No matter what.
Tellers were very nice at this location. I visited the drive-thru on my way home from work. There was a line at the drive-thru and some of the other customers were giving them hard time even though they were doing the best they could. The tellers were great but some of the other customers, not so much. One genius behind me kept blowing their horn because apparently they wanted me to hit the back of another car in front of me so they could get in line. After that experience, I was grateful to get such pleasant service. Thank you!
Stopped on my way home. Waited 10 minutes before the teller acknowledged me, she then sent a slip out after I sent my I. D. I then filled it out and then sent back and waited another 10 minutes. A different teller completed the transaction and apologized for the teller. I will not be going there again. Would not hurt my feelings if they closed.
Long lines long wait
Not so nice teller. First visit and maybe my last I did not feel valued.
