Very nice store! We went in there for cat food and litter and ended up letting our kitties pick out toys :)) it was very well stocked and clean!!! And super nice staff!!!
They always have what I need and typically have decent sales running on products I buy. I got my cat tower 50% off a few months ago and always go back for other supplies as needed. Friendly and helpful staff that are always extremely professional.
Very clean store and they have just about everything you need or desire for your pets, big or small, rather they slither or swim, bark or meow. They also have a pet clinic in store ad well as a dog wash. GREAT PET STORE hands down
one day I bought pigs ears that almost killed my dog I guess it was botulism or something. Now, Management growls at customers when it pleases them. All else is managable. (My poor dog was almost dead for two days.) Now he wants five stars. Trust me, four is plenty!
If I could give -0 stars I would. Arrived today before my appointment and was waiting over 30 minutes, because workers were coming in well after 9am. Finally after the long wait, my Yorkie was there over an hour and I received a call stating that she could continue to groom him because he was trying to bite her. She stated she could not muzzle him because of his breed..he's been muzzled every grooming place he's been to. When I arrived the worker was on her cellphone and my dog was given back half cut. I know friends and family who have had the same experience with this particular worker. My advice to management is to get people who want to work, not employers who drag in well after opening time with attitudes the clearly show they do not want to work!
