Amazing experience! I warmly welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and was made to feel like family. I had an issue with my account and the banker was very kind and understanding, he didn't rest until he made sure the problem was fixed. Definitely the best Chase branch I've ever visited! Wish I could give 10 stars!!!
Finally, after almost five years of going to CWRU and living on the North Side Residential Area, a Chase near campus!! I don't have to take the train and walk all the way to the Cedar Road location anymore!nnDepositing money here is always quick and easy, and the relationship banker, Shaun, gives very excellent guidance and information! Everyone there is very genial, and the office is really swanky, too. Instead of a desk of tellers, they have two ATMs in the office you go to for basic deposits and withdrawals, which may be a problem for some people, but the people at this Chase are there by your side for anything you need.
A very good experience opening accounts here with Shawn. He was easy to deal with and provided all information for us. We will be coming back here and can definitely recommend him and this branch to others.
