Love going and seeing what types of pets they have. Always friendly great staff.
My experience here was quite lack luster to say the least. When I went in for the first time I was greeted with coldness. The staff were unfriendly and not very helpful. I purchased a couple fish from here and a five gallon tank just to start up. Not even two days later the fish were dead and the tank filter stopped working. When I went in to address the issue I was told that some of the fish had become ill with sickness, doing further research I found out that my fish had parasites on it which caused its scales to flake off and lose colour. This store knew full well selling me a faulty tank with a broken filter and fish that were inevitably going to die. I do not recommend this place do to my experience. I trusted the reviews but I was met with a different experience. I wasn't even compensated for the experience after it had happened. Keep this in mind when purchasing pets and equipment from this store.

They have pretty decently priced everything from fish to snakes to geckos to ferrets. Everything. They sell all kinda of pet stuff.
you sold me a tortoise that has shell fungus and a respite infection that has been developing over some time. I've only had him two weeks. when I went in the store I saw a dead frog that an employee mentioned had probably been there a while and a dead hermit crab. do better. these are living creatures.
