People are so rude when you want to call about the animal that you got from them, if you want to get a animal go petland
Only place in town that has loose coconut fiber for the tortoise enclosure. Friendly staff too.
I like that the workers in the chillicothe, oh store r so polite and helpful n the items are not as ridiculously priced as pet land
Ordering online was easy, selection and prices are FANTASTIC, service was fast and accurate. I was impressed by the quality of merchandise and the speed with which my order was filled. I also loved having the order brought to my car. I inherited a guinea pig at the last minute and all I had for her was a cage. I was able to order everything I needed and have it delivered to my car, which was necessary because I had her in the car with me and didn't want to leave her in the hot car while I went inside the store to shop.
I absolutely love this place and would recommend EVERYONE the staff are very friendly and personable and very knowledgeable and helpful feels like they give you a personal experience
