Best shoes ever made. My sneakers from them last forever and I always get compliments. My dress shoes I've had a pair for 17 years. I have currently 9 pairs of shoes from them. They are the best. The workers here are very patient and genial to deal with enjoyed my visit.
The worst pair of shoes I’ve ever owned. Uncomfortable. Started squeaking after three weeks. Sole now falling off after 6 months. I don’t wear them when it’s wet. 3 to 4 times a week at work in an office. These were a gift. I would never buy another pair for the outlandish amount of money that they charge.
Superb service and an excellent place to get fitted for some of the best shoes on the planet. I have far too many pairs and they can truly become an addiction. You've been warned. Wore a pair of walnut New Orleans for my wedding.
Friendly service and excellent shoes. They didn't have the color I wanted but they ordered it online and had it delivered to my house. Excellent should experience. Would come again!
Fantastic experience. Went in to be fitted for my correct shoe size and to get a new pair of dress shoes. They fitted me and had me try on a few different pairs to hone in on the exact size. They didn't have the shoes I was looking for in store, but ordered it along with free 2-day shipping and also threw in a few extras for free—outstanding customer service. Took their time, were not pushy, and were very pleasant and informative. I will definitely buy from the store over online.
