Bank Teller was rude the entire transaction. Asked for a new bank card and she didn't even know how to order one for me. To be honest, I've been wanting to cancel my chase account anyway. Ridiculous fees for not having money in your checking, sporadic paycheck intervals, etc. This was probably the last straw.
I like the employees at this bank! Great human beings.
Came to this branch because it’s the only full service bank in the area. I’m glad I did. Employees helped me get all squared away and were so polite. Love that there is always easy parking. Love the neighborhood and feel safe. I’m glad I chose this location.
We moved our business to Chase after our existing financial provider made it harder for us to do day to day business. Boy, we have been missing out! I was fascinated by the amazing products and services they offer. The amazing customer service I received by their staff made me feel like I was a VIP. The money we are saving in our day to day transactions helps to elevate our business and pass savings to our customers.nnI feel as though our business can provide even more to our customers then we ever could with our previous credit union. Chase is empowering us!
I don’t usually leave reviews but I chose this location because it’s the only all full serve bank in the area. It was easy to find parking and I felt safe. I love that they have such a great fraud protection. I really needed that. Great friendly people. Thanks
