I cannot believe I wasted hundreds of thousands of dollars in over decades of shopping in this store. There is enormous storm (6:30pm June 5, 2020) and I stopped with disabled mother to find shelter from wind that was shaking my car in the street. We thought we would wait it out until storm passes, but their managers yelled at every one and our kicking customers out due to power outage. They are inhumane. No word. We are not able to drive to another safe place. I will never ever step my foot in this store again.
Very rude cashier at night. Older Hispanic lady extremely rude! She will not honor your digital coupons if their app isn't working or if their wi-Fi is down. Good luck! And no floor help. The gentleman at the door is very nice though.
Most of the workers are great, but there are a some cashiers that would rather socialize than help waiting customers.
Amazing staff, glad I am able to use the rest room while doing my jobe locating in the neighborhood. Smith's is a great store
Do not do delivery from this Smiths. We were literally stolen from, and they do not care. We ordered and paid through this Smiths online, and the order was fulfilled by Instacart. There were multiple items on the receipt that we did not order, nor did we receive them. The shopper bought items with our money, and kept them. We contacted the store and they were very disinterested, and said they would not be doing anything about it since it was fulfilled through Instacart. So apparently they aren’t trying to protect their shoppers by holding the third-party contractors they use accountable. Normally you are responsible for your own subcontractors, but this Smiths does not believe so. We will not shop there again, delivery or otherwise.
