Service was excellent! Friendly and helpful staff all around. Food was okay. The wing sauce from this franchise tastes like it has the same base for a lot of the flavors. Not necessarily a bad thing but doesn't have the variety in taste that I was expecting. I still recommend it as a place to get a bite to eat though.
Great food, service, and workers. Definitely a better option than buffalo wild wings.nnIf you have not been here before I would recommend getting the mild wings because anything above that is insanely spicy
Just left this restaurant. Food was good, service was good. But I have a major problem. Half the severs were not wearing their mask over their nose. Did you know the nose is connected to the lungs? I was very impressed at the seating distance of the tables at keeping us safe but then you blow it with the masks. If we, the public trust you with our lives to eat here, can’t the staff do what is right? I saw patrons doing the same and that should be addressed too. Maybe the sign on the door should say face covering required over mouth AND nose. And yes, the servers were at the tables like that. My server wore her mask appropriately or I would have said something. If not for the mask issue I would give 4 or more stars. As it is now, I don’t feel safe coming back here as long as covid is rampant. And Shelby county...you are already in the red zone.
Food was great
The portions are extremely generous for the price! I am a Type 1 Diabetic and it was incredibly helpful that they have a nutrition calculator on their website that I was able to use to easily figure out my carb count! Service was also incredibly great as the managers often rotate around the restaurant and check on your tables. An active manager makes a great business!
