Stay away I can't wait to be done with this bank longest drive thru lines ever this after the remodeling on the inside. 35 minutes and counting. What happened to this branch if you look at post over 2 years ago almost all positive. PNC what is different?
You shouldn't not be in the Drive-Thur for an hour. No less be the next in line to wait 30 mins. Called and was told I couldn't make an appointment to cancel my account was told I would have to wait in the Drive-Thur line when I was told by another location I could. They need to do BETTER.
Don't go in to a PnC Bank and expect them to do banking! I'm right next door to a PNC and went in to get ones and quarters/dimes for my STORE. This was the THIRD time I've done this. The first two times - no problem. Today I'm told that because I don't have an account they won't do it. No check. CASH. Just a cash exchange. It's called professional courtesy or just courtesy. Not to be found there though. There have now been FOUR customers I've informed about this who also will NEVER give them any kind of banking business. LOUSY SERVICE PNC!
Costumer survice not good
If you want to save time and trouble so not come to this location I’ve been a loyal customer at this branch for over two years and all I do is wait one hour each time I come in and there will only be five people ahead of me save time by going out your way to go to a different branch or come here for unprofessional staff
