Andrea was amazing to work with!!nI recently sold my condo and purchased a new home and the entire process was pure hell--except my experience with Andrea & Third Federal.nAndrea at Third Federal was the only person/company along the way that helped me, was proactive in contacting me, spoke to me like a human being (and helped me understand loan things in normal people terms), and most importantly, she was professional and kind.nI never doubted that Andrea had my best interest in mind and would take care of me. Andrea is a great loan officer. She is always helpful when I asked her if it makes sense to refinance. She is willing to give me different refi terms and run the numbers with me, and it's really helpful for me to make the decision b/c I can see clearly how much I can save over the term of the mortgage, how the monthly payments change, as well as how long it will take to break even the refi costs.
Great refinance experience. Highly recommend. Appreciate all of Perry's assistance.
