Amazing and helpful staff. So much so that I went out of my way a second time to go back to this particular store. Awesome service and great products. Thank you so much!!
I messed up and forgot to get dog food last night. And it's Easter. I placed my order earlier this morning. I got a call letting me know that one of my items wasn't in stock, they apologized and stated they will get my order out asap. Well about 4pm I get a call again from Christian apologizing that the company that does there same day orders really messed up. With that being said I offered to go pick it up. Christian said no and that he will personally deliver my order. Not only did they save me from being a bad dog mom but went out of their way to deliver my order on Easter. That's not even the best part. Christian even hand wrote an apology letter even though it wasn't his fault. That little extra apology was not necessary but it was nice to see even though I wasn't mad.
Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, store is clean. Wash station is well maintained and easy to use. Very good selection of products
Okay I want to talk about the guinea pigs I understand that it is a pet store but their were babies and an adult. The food and hay looked like it was only healthy for the adult. The pellets are also very big and look very cheap, that were in the food bowls. It seems as if someone was to buy one of these babies that they would need to instantly start giving it many nutrients. The hay was Timothy not alfalfa but I'm pretty sure all pet stores do that. I prefer adopt.
It was the first time I'd ever been to the store and was unsure on which food I should switch my dog to for his gassy tummy. The gentleman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful when I chose which food to get my dog and he is doing great with it thank you so much
