We boarded our puppies here and everyone was friendly, kind, and clearly animal lovers. We have 2 young (11&8months) husky puppies who are energetic and still in training and they handled them with patience and understanding. The in suite camera and daily report card with pictures gave us piece of mind while we were away. I highly recommendud83dudc4dud83cudffb
I can't begin to say enough about Pinnacle Pets Play and Stay! My pups have been happy customers for over two years now. The owners and staff are first-rate and amazing!nnThis past weekend we boarded our pups while we went out-of-town. One of the pups was having some health issues which required additional care, medication needs, and patience with feedings. Not only did the staff spoon feed my pup to make sure he ate, but they spent extra time making sure he was well taken care of.nnThis type of treatment isn't the exception at Pinnacle Pets, it's the rule. However, during this stay my pup had more involved needs and the entire staff made sure he was comfortable, happy, and safe.nnEvery visit here is a great experience for my pups! Thank you Pinnacle Pets staff and owners for loving my pups so well!
Amazing experience so far! Molly has been amazing since the get go. Faith and Rachel take amazing photos and I enjoy reading their report cards every night!!!
Our dog loves going to Pinnacle Pets! We’ve used them for doggie daycare, grooming, and boarding. We have a doodle so she’s quite high maintenance when it comes to grooms and she always comes back looking fantastic! For doggie daycare and boarding I love how they send you a daily report card (with pictures) to let you know what your pup was up to for the day! I like knowing there’s a safe place for our pup to stay or go for the day to burn off some energy.
They take care of dogs great but don't ever get your dogs groomed here. They don't know how to explain to you what your going to be getting and how short they are going to cutting it. As the customer I'm not a groomer, if you have a scissor option other than clippers give that to me as an option when I'm asking you not to do the same thing you did the last time. Completely ignore what you want and when you call to tell them they blame you for not explaining it correctly. Terrible customer service.
