Darla Jardine is a kind, very knowledgeable person. Last year she assisted us with some mortgage inquiries. Recently I had some questions about mortgages and called her. Despite her not being in mortgages (she is a Branch manager) she took almost an hour to speak with me, then linked me with another very kind, knowledgeable worker. Never once did I feel rushed. Darla was genuine, professional, and attentive. 5 stars!
