I love the Woodforest Bank alone Main Street Columbus; however, the Woodforest at this location has terrible customer service. They act like they are doing me a favor. Also even after all this time and I have direct deposit they wouldn’t let me deposit a 50 insurance check for my brother in law unless he was with me. He is 65 with diabetes, high blood pressure and other health problems and with Covid can not take the chance at this time per VA dr orders. What is he to do? We have the same last name. I didn’t try to cash it for cash just deposit it until it cleared. If the tiny check was stolen it wouldn’t clear duh! I’ve never heard of this. Our old bank ALWAYS let us deposit a check from him or my mother in law (85)but the worst part was the older lady there was extremely rude and is every single time. She thinks she’s doing me a favor
