Great place to bank! The employees are awesome and seem to enjoy what they do! That is a testament for what type of leader Joe is! During my visit today, I learned he left to purse other avenues. All I have to say is PNC should have fought to keep him. Joe, the former Bank Manager, is one of the most personable & knowledgeable people I have ever met. Wherever he went, the company is lucky to have him! Dago and Dom typically handle all of my business. If you need help, these are the guys to see! Overall, a great location.

I typically do most of my banking at this location even though Lincoln Village is closer to my home. The LV branch is a cluster f***. They do not know what their doing! The staff at Wilson and Broad are quick and efficient. Dago and Joe have always taken care of my banking needs! Great people at a convenient location!

Stopped in to see my business banker and found out he went to another bank! Unfortunately the employee I spoke with would not tell me which bank Joe went to. If and when I find out, I will be pulling my accounts to join him! Before leaving, I withdrawal some money with Dom. He was polite, quick, and professional! The new manager, Mike, is lazy (literally sat at the front desk on his phone during my entire visit) and seems to be disconnected from the staff.

The only branch that had available banker to help me. Bank manager was polite and helpful and Sherri the banker was very polite and professional. I banked here few times and every time had good experience, they always took good care of me. I recommend

I have had the worst experience with this branch. I have had a business account with them for over 3 years. I had the rudest and most unhelpful assistant bank manager (Brianna) interact with me today. A money order I purchased and wrote out wasnt able to be accepted due to alteration. No one called me about this at all just said it couldnt be accepted. I was advised that it was a matter I should have came into the bank about. Obviously they are closed and no one can go inside the branch. I will be looking elsewhere for my business banking needs. Would not recommend at all. Especially this specific location.
