If you are looking for a Bank in Ohio this one is great its a smaller branch and the service is always professional and nice you won't be sorry sign up for Kemba now!!
I hate when a business blames covid for poor customer service. They closed the lobby again, which is way more convenient when depositing cash. I take cash home from work daily and the ATMs will only accept 30 bills per transaction. It takes more than ten minutes to deposit two checks and 200 bills. And forget about coins.
Kemba has not been very understanding during the Covid-19 pandemic. They constantly call and email me asking for payment. When I try to explain my financial situation, they act like they don’t care and continue to harass me for payment. They don’t offer any kind of relief or assistance. Do not recommend banking or taking out loans with this company
KEMBA is by far the best Credit Union in Columbus. Been with them for my entire life and would never switch unless I moved away. They have great rates, and great customer service. Would highly recommend.
The staff has knowledge but they don't work with you as much as other Banks and I now have 2 check's I have to find a way to cash when they don't open till I have to go into work and they close when I get out of work cuz they took away my mobile deposit over something I didn't know so no warning I'm getting tired of this bank and am looking at switching soon
