My experience with the Credit Union of Ohio has always been the absolute best. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. They are friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly patient. Their flexibility in working with me through changing circumstances has been incredibly helpful. If you can do so I strongly suggest opening an account with the Credit Union of Ohio today!
Fast, efficient, and courteous service.
I love my credit union. I don't have a lot of reasons to stop in, as I do most of my banking online, but when I do, there is always a friendly hello, and I can brew myself a cup of Keurig coffee. :) I have never had to wait more than a few minutes, and most of the time I can walk right and in and deposit my check or ask my question. I love the whole idea of a credit union over a bank, and would recommend this one to anyone!
I recently had the worst experience at this location. I arrived exactly at the time the branch would lock the doors. The teller saw me walking to the door, locked the door and turned and walked away. I understand if she would have said, ma'am I am sorry but we cannot help you. However, to ignore someone as you do not see the customer is very unprofessional and rude.nnThere are so many banking options and one would think that they would consider that when dealing with customers. I am very disappointed as I have been with this credit union since 2002.
