Love the doctors. They are super nice and very professional. The older lady at the front desk is VERY rude. She makes me not even want to take my kids back but sadly its the only office in the area that takes our insurance.

Lots of friendly staff, although some of the people at the front office can be rude. I just got out of a doctor's appointment. As I was trying to get the doctors to note for school, I noticed that there was no one present in the front of the office; I assumed that they were on a break, so I just proceeded to call, but an older bald man came by the window. I attempted to ask him when they would be back and he blatantly ignored me, made direct eye contact but still just ignored me as though I wasn’t there. I don’t know who that man was, but he seems very unprofessional. Whether you’re on a break or not, you can still treat patients with a decent amount of respect. I have severe anxiety and this incident ruined my birthday as I will now be thinking about it for the rest of the day. I hope he sees this, do better.

After taking my children here for the last few years I’m highly disappointed with the front staff and doctor hours. We used dr. Johnson because she was the only female doctor unfortunately she’s never in office on Mondays and Tuesdays which is when we have our oldest (my bonus daughter). Whenever I call to ask questions regarding scheduling they talk to me like I’m a complete idiot inconveniencing them and it’s not been just once but every time I’ve had to call. Very dissatisfied considering this is a pediatric doctors office and I expect any pediatric office to be friendly and inviting when it comes to taking care of your children.

Where do I begin. I have been taki g my son to this office for over two years since we moved to Georgetown, I thought it was nice at first but now I realize I was blind to how rude these people are. I needed a medication refilled for my son and so they we persistent on us needing to come to the office which is fine but I wanted to know why we couldn't reschedule a telemed considering my son is a high risk patient and I don't want to risk his health if it's not needed. And they had done a medication refill in the past. So I made his appointment for 2 pm the following Thursday and asked for the doctor to call me and left several messages for him to call me back. I didn't here from anyone until the day of our appointment I got a text message stating I had been banned from the practice. I thought it was a joke at first but the office manager had obviously lied on me and stated I attacked her on the phone and that my behavior was not accepted in that office. So please be warned you cannot ask any questions or they will jeopardize your child's health. My baby didn't deserve what these people did to him. I couldn't get the courtesy of a phone call after 2 years and no refills for my baby. What a horrible place. Because even if I got smart or was rude which I wasn't I simply asked questions, they give no regards to the child's health and send you packing like they have some great practice. I'm Hello you doctors are letting that office staff ruin you patient by patient. I would drop the lying office manager also. She was on speaker as I walked in kroger with my son and made my appointment. I never attacked anyone. If I had she wouldn't had made me an appointment. She would not have put me on the schedule ......HELLo. But the thing thAt really made me file a grievance is that not one of you called to check ony son toake sure he was ok or to even hear me out and talk to me like grown ups do. I've been there 2 years never missed a visit and never started problems with nobody. You say I'm kicked out but I won't be back due to your disregard to my son's health during this pandemic and sending him away without the medicine he needs and has been on for 2 years and I will tell everyone who consider you place as a doctor what happened. Thanks for nothing

I've been with them for about 14 years. Love these guys.
