So I was browsing through the store and tripped on an electrical circuit in the store that wasn’t visible clearly. I hit my knee horribly hard and fell on my hands. No worker came to help until a customer came to my assistance. I had to wait a few moments to settle my self and the pain. The workers all stared from the register until one worker finally asked if I was ok but nothing else . He didn’t even take the time to finish listening when I said someone should tape this up so no one gets hurt. He went to open the fitting room for another customer. Such bad treatment. Disappointed.

The customer service at this store is absolutely horrific. Time and time again I am treated rudely and left unsatisfied when I need a simple return or price adjustment. I specifically go out of my way to shop at the Danbury store because the customer service at the Westchester Mall A&F is so bad. The manager is completely incompetent, very rude, and refuses to properly assist in simple transactions. Either she does not know how to properly assist customers or is just lazy and miserable; perhaps a combo. The store needs to be re-staffed.

Very nice styles. We were lucky to catch the sale, 3 good-looking sweaters for a total of $65.50. I was shockingly happy.
