What a disappointment. We're not busy. From the time I was seated it took 60 min to get my food. For $10.99 menu said a generis portion of fish and hot fries. I got 3 little pieces of fish and cold fries. Felt like I got a happy meal from McDonald's. Asked for hot fries and got them 6 min later and under cooked! You can do better!
This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE PLACE TO EAT, THE SERVICE WAS GOOD, BUT THE FOOD WAS THE WORSE I'VE EVER HAD IN A RESTAURANT, BAKED POTATO WAS COLD AND HARD, ORDERED THE STEAK MEDIUM AND IT WAS SO RARE MY PLAYE WAS FULL OF BLOOD, THEY TOOK IT BACK COOKED THE SAME STEAK UNTIL IT WAS BURNT AND A KNIFE WOULDNT EVEN CUT IT IT WAS SO TOUGH AND BURNT...WONT BE BACK EVER....
Last time I went in, no one greeted me for 20 minutes. Finally someone came to seat me but I needed a to go order. She sent me to the back of the restaurant where I waited another 10 minutes for someone to come out.nnI just tried to call today. Five times. No answer. Called Applebee’s across the street. Answered on the 2nd ring, took my order and I’m enjoying it now.
