Good food, decent service, I ordered for carry out and the person taking the order got a little confused on the amounts I wanted, thought I just wanted 20, wanted 20 of several types. He was very helpful in correcting the order. Guess I'll be more clear next time. Food, like always. Was great
Originally had 2 stars, changed to 5 because I rated several things in one setting and mistakenly rated BWW at a 2. On that note, I would like to mention that my son has an egg and peanut allergy (hard to eat anywhere). I asked about their ingredients in a few things and the GM came out and personally showed me a copy of their allergen menu. Also, this place was super busy when I came in but we were served in a reasonable amount of time. I wish I could remember the name of our server, but she did an excellent job and was visibly running from table to table trying to make sure everyone was taken care of.

How is it possible to call this place 4 times in a row to correct an online order issue and no one answered each time for 10 plus minutes. Does no one actually work in there anymore? This is absolutely ridiculous. Maybe turn down the volume so #1 people don’t have to yell inside the restaurant. #2 your employees can hear the phone.
Honestly I'm a little upset. I ordered two specially sauces for my wings but when I picked them up I only had one and normally because of time constraints I would just say forget it. When I brought it back they stated that it would take the full time to make them again. I told them I'm not the one that messed it up. Now if I didn't have a flexible lunch I would be even more upset because I would've just had to settle for their screw up. The meal was good when fixed but the mishap just made me not want to try there again for a good while. I would've appreciated some offer where I would be compensated for my time and frustration but I wasn't.
